Do I need to prepare anything before hand?No, nothing is required of client before sessions.
It can be helpful to think of things you struggle with, or patterns/people/situations you are ready to let go of. Please note: It is important to not be on any sort of mind-altering substances. It is requested to refrain from any sort of drug/alcohol use 7 days before and after your session. Where does this modality come from?The Life Activation has been handed down in an Ancient Mystery School tradition originating from King Salomon. The Life Activation has been used for centuries to help humans tap into their inner self, freeing them of external limitations, and creating a pathway for people to become the best versions of themselves without the limitation of old patterns and belief structures.

How long does the session take?The total Life Activation and Emotional Cord Cutting combined session time is anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes long. During the session there is a brief period of prolonged standing, but otherwise client is comfortably seated to receive this work. Arrangements can be made if standing is uncomfortable.
What happens during the session?There are chants, prayers and energetic clearing processes that are used to help align your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies so that they are communicating harmoniously with each other. While there are "Amens" and Other pseudo religious terminology used, this is in no way a religious affiliated practice.
